Stem Hair and Body Salon takes great pride in investing in our industry, and the future of young professionals. Our salon has an in-house comprehensive training program to ensure our artists are qualified before they are allowed to serve salon guests. Upon graduation from our associate program, our staff has gained the confidence and skill sets found in more experienced stylists. As our stylist’s skills develop, and their education advances so does the demand for their time and talent. Our unique level system allows our stylists to grow both financially, and educationally while giving our guests budget-friendly and exceptional services.

Hair Color
Root Touch Up
A one-step color, or touch-up. Usually done to cover the root.
Glaze/ Toner/ Root Tap/ Extra Color
A temporary color that is used to “tone” pre-lightened hair.
Partial Foil-1 color
20-40 Foils around the top of the head. A refresh service in between a full foil appointment.
Full Foil-1 color
45-100 foils around the entirety of the head. Used to provide brightness underneath if the hair is pulled up.
Balayage-1 color
A specialized free-hand technique painting highlights to create softness and lightness toward the ends.
Babylights-1 color
A specialized foil placement using smaller pieces of hair. Customized to the client.
Platinum-1 color
A complimentary consultation is required before booking this appointment with a $75 deposit. Also known as “platinum blonde” or “bleach on scalp” a specialized technique in which every hair is foiled as well as putting lightener on the regrowth(roots). Followed by a toner. Please be aware this service is usually 4+ hours.
Corrective Color
A complimentary consultation is required before booking this appointment with a $75 deposit. Any service that requires 4+ hours and usually demands a stylist to fix or correct any damage caused by a color service gone wrong.
Vivids
A complimentary consultation is required before booking this appointment with a $75 deposit. Pre-lightening the hair may be required to achieve the desired result. These colors are not permanent and may fade with each shampoo but can be maintained with professional products that your stylist will prescribe. Please be aware that this service is usually 4+ hours.
